Portal loading frame testing system
Mainly used for demonstration experiments and teaching experiments in undergraduate civil engineering, it can also be used as a loading system for scientific research experiments. Depending on the construction plan of the structural testing laboratory, the main unit can adopt a screw beam structure with adjustable testing space or a fixed testing space with a rectangular self-reacting frame structure.
Basic functions:
Complete tests for bending of simply supported reinforced concrete beams and failure of inclined sections.
Main technical indicators:
- Electro-hydraulic servo quasi-static actuators are used for loading the samples and can be configured according to user needs.50t or 20t actuators.
- The mobile electro-hydraulic servo oil source is the power source of the loading system, equipped with an air cooling system, capable of continuous operation for a long time, with a rated flow of3L/min and a rated working pressure of 25MPa.
- UsingPOP-PI single-channel controller, which is based on IPC, with software operating under Windows, capable of completing closed-loop control of test force and displacement.
- Equipped with distribution beams, bending supports, and related accessories, it can complete bending tests of beams and compression tests of columns.
- Configured according to user needswith data acquisition systems such as DH3816 to achieve automatic collection of strain gauge data.
