The ACP-2000 Concrete Compressive Strength Intelligent Detection System is a set of intelligent concrete detection systems developed by our company to address the issues of high labor intensity and low detection efficiency in the current concrete testing industry. The Concrete Compressive Strength Intelligent Detection System is an unmanned operation system that automatically handles and performs intelligent detection. It achieves full-process intelligent automatic detection and related auxiliary work from feeding to discharging. The system consists of automatic feeding, specimen specification detection, information scanning, automatic positioning, compressive strength detection, data processing, automatic discharging, and cleaning functions.
Product Features and Performance Advantages
1. This system can achieve unmanned intervention testing, with the entire detection process automated, including automatic feeding, intelligent detection, automatic discharging, and timely data uploading.
2. High detection efficiency, with each pressure machine capable of automatically testing 20 sets of specimens per hour.
3. The system can automatically identify and accurately determine the position of specimens, automatically grasping and placing them in the specified location.
4. The system can automatically detect and scan the specifications of specimens, and the working space of the pressure machine can be adjusted in real-time based on the scanned information of the specimen specifications, maximizing detection time.
5. The oil source part uses servo oil source control, with motors, hydraulic pumps, and pneumatic components all using domestic or imported top brands, ensuring the stability of the system and the accuracy of testing.
6. All hydraulic oil pipes are connected using high-pressure hydraulic precision pipes and crimped brand fittings, facilitating installation and disassembly.
7. The pressure machine is equipped with a fully sealed ball head self-centering correction mechanism, effectively preventing damage to the oil cylinder and data distortion due to uneven force caused by internal structural issues of the specimen.
8. Waste material cleaning after testing uses a structure that combines pushing and cleaning, ensuring that the working platen of the pressure machine remains clean after each specimen is tested, guaranteeing that the next specimen's testing is not affected.
9. Automatic distinction and classification processing of qualified and unqualified products can be achieved.
10. The testing process is reasonable, the overall layout is compact, and the equipment appearance tends towards aesthetic design.
11. From program design to mechanical structure, safety protection is emphasized, ensuring the important principle of safety first.
