1. Equipment Purpose:

4. Product Functions and Features:
1. Main Machine
1.1 Adopts the most advanced and reliable floor-standing main machine structure, imported full digital AC servo speed control system and motor, imported load sensor, fully digital design measurement and control system, capable of achieving high precision, wide range measurement and three closed-loop control. The imported full digital AC servo motor and servo driver; this system has high control accuracy, good stability, smooth and reliable operation, fast response, low noise, and has complete protection functions such as overload, overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, overheating, abnormal stop, fault alarm, etc., and can adjust parameters according to different machine types and test types to keep the servo system running in the best state, using the position control method of the servo system, the interface unit is digitized, overcoming zero drift and low-speed instability caused by the speed loop.
1.2 Uses precision ball screw and precision reduction mechanism for transmission, smooth transmission, low noise, and no gap.
1.3 Has upper and lower stroke limit protection for the moving crossbeam, ensuring the safety of the equipment.
2. Measurement and Control System
2.1 Uses imported electronic components, fully digital design;
2.2 Complies with PCI2.1 bus standards, automatic identification and installation by the microcomputer, achieving 'plug and play';

2.5 Three-channel photoelectric encoder input, allowing orthogonal code pulse frequency up to 5MHz, with error correction, direction identification, counting, and other functions;
2.6 The electronic measurement system has no potentiometers or other analog components, good stability, and is easy to maintain and replace;
2.7 Built-in large-scale CPLD programmable device, capable of high-speed computation and real-time processing.
3. Test Software
       The software features various control methods such as constant force, constant displacement, constant deformation, and program control. During the test process, it can display real-time force-displacement, force-time, force-deformation, and other test curves, and can automatically switch at any time for observation and comparison. The control of the test process and data processing fully complies with the requirements of the corresponding national standards for metallic and non-metallic materials. It automatically calculates conventional data such as tensile strength, yield strength, fracture strength, elastic modulus, and specified non-proportional elongation strength RP0.2, fully meeting the requirements of the corresponding material national standards.
3.1 The software supports the configuration of multiple force sensors and deformation sensors, allowing for switching as needed;
3.2 Professional testing machine software with strong versatility, providing users with dozens of standard testing methods for metals and non-metals, and can customize standards or testing methods according to user requirements;
3.3 The program adopts an open database structure, allowing users to modify and add custom items as needed; users can also freely edit various report formats as required;
3.4 TENSON adopts a modular design, dividing the software into several modules.
