1, the host
The 1.1 adopts the most advanced and reliable floor-mounted host structure in the world, imports all-digital AC servo speed control system and motor, imports load sensor, and all-digital design measurement and control system, which can realize high-precision, wide-range measurement and three-loop control. Imported full digital AC servo motor and servo driver; the system has high control accuracy, good stability, stable and reliable operation, fast response, low noise, and has overload, overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, overheating, abnormal stop, fault alarm, etc. Complete protection functions, and can adjust parameters according to different models and test types to make the servo system run in the best state, the position control mode of the servo system is used, and the interface unit is digitized, which overcomes the zero drift and low speed instability caused by the speed loop.
The 1.2 adopts precision ball screw and precision deceleration mechanism transmission, smooth transmission, low noise, no gap.

The conventional data such as tensile strength, yield strength, breaking strength, elastic modulus and specified non-proportional extension strength RP0.2 are automatically obtained, and the control and data processing of the test process are fully in line with the requirements of the corresponding national standards for materials.
