II. Instrument Features

2. The testing frame is formed by overall welding, verified through rigorous professional Finite Element analysis and years of use by hundreds of clients, ensuring the reliability and stability of the testing frame.

3. The testing frame has a unique design and adopts a modular design concept, being the first to achievefull-scale testing of three sizes of safety nets.

4. It uses high-precision dynamic force sensors, equipped with professional data collection and analysis processing programs and systems, to collect and process experimental force values in real-time, automatically displaying and locking peak values.

5. The steel ball suspension device abandons the welded structure, being the first in the country to use arotatingdesign, greatly improving installation efficiency and safety.

6. The first in the country to adopt a constant torque electromagnetic induction distance measurement structure, with testing accuracy greatly superior to laser or ultrasonic distance measurement and motor or electric hoist coil distance measurement.

7. The self-locking release structure maintains the release device in a locked state during power outages, releasing upon power restoration, preventing safety hazards caused by sudden power failures.
