I. Main Purpose

Mainly used for testing the impact resistance and penetration resistance of safety helmets.

II. Instrument Features

    1. Overall Structure: Innovatively assembled using European standard profiles with a built-in folding circuit structure. The structure is aesthetically pleasing and durable, with a modern technological feel and quality.

2. Positioning System:Uses a non-leak magnetic system, ensuring accurate positioning of the test location as per standard requirements.

3. Display System: Automatically records and locks the peak impact force. LED digital display of peak impact force.

4. Testing System: Utilizes the latest standard requirement of a 5000HZ dynamic force sensor, with a dedicated processing system for automatic collection, processing, and output of dynamic signals.

5. Protection System: Newly designed with a metal protective net around and a fixed installation link method, with a footswitch installed at the bottom, greatly reducing the possibility of accidents during testing and further enhancing the safety of test operations.

6. Testing Platform: Equipped with dual-function support wheels that can support or move, allowing for quick and easy conversion between moving and supporting functions; includes a leveling device to ensure the test is conducted horizontally, improving test accuracy.

7. Impact Method: Uses free fall to most realistically simulate actual usage conditions, avoiding complex speed compensation associated with guide rails or guided falls, ensuring the accuracy of the test.

8. Test Head Molds: Specially cast molds No. 1 and No. 2 and metal head molds, conforming to specific standards, can be repaired after impact, significantly superior to the old standard wooden head molds.
