Main Purpose:
This testing machine is mainly used for tensile strength testing of rope materials such as cables, optical cables, steel wire ropes, steel strands, chains, conveyor belts, and lifting straps. The main machine adopts advanced technologies such as hydraulic cylinder loading, load sensor measurement, microcomputer control, and display printing output of test results.
1. This machine adopts a horizontal frame structure, with spatial adjustment completed by the oil cylinder dragging the crossbeam and hydraulic automatic latch. The key component of the electro-hydraulic servo oil source—the servo proportional valve is imported from ATOS company.
2. The PC-based fully digital controller loads through the electro-hydraulic servo system, using the Italian ATOS company DLHZO type electro-hydraulic proportional servo valve to complete the closed-loop control of the testing machine, with high response speed and control accuracy.
3. It has strong pollution resistance and high reliability. This machine is equipped with a control and data processing software package based on database technology that works in the Windows 07/Xp environment, featuring test data collection, processing, storage, and screen display functions, as well as local area network sharing and distributed processing capabilities for test data.
