I. Uses:
This equipment is suitable for testing various mechanical properties and fatigue resistance (repeated opening and closing) of doors and windows. Widely used in various materials made of architectural casement doors and windows, sliding doors and windows, top-hung, middle-hung, bottom-hung and casement bottom-hung and sliding bottom-hung windows. Applicable testing items include: opening and closing force test, soft weight impact resistance test, vertical load resistance test, anti-static distortion performance test, anti-twisting deformation performance test, anti-diagonal deformation performance test, anti-vigorously closing performance test, opening limit impact resistance test, bracing test, hanging test, warping or bending test, twisting test and other performance tests, repeated opening and closing performance (with the handles of the switch). It is the ideal testing equipment for quality inspection department, construction testing, door and window processing, hardware production enterprises.
The manipulator is an upgraded version. Advantages: 1. Reduce the use of experimental consumables; 2. The manipulator adopts bionic design, which is able to carry out special experiments to meet the needs of research subjects.

IV. Structural composition:
This equipment consists of five parts: control unit, door and window mounting frame, deformation measurement unit, mechanical property loading device, and repeated opening and closing execution unit.
1. Control unit:
The control unit adopts PLC automatic control, and its function is to send control signals to the repeated opening and closing device and the mechanical property loading device to control their actions; and to receive, organise and store the test data. The control unit adopts modular design, the system is stable and reliable, strong anti-interference ability.
2. Door and window mounting frames:
The function of the door and window mounting bracket is to install and fix the doors and windows. Constructed from aluminium profiles, it is strong, stable, neat and beautiful.
    
3. Deformation measurement units:
The deformation measurement unit adopts digital display percentage meter 0-25mm, accuracy 0.1mm, resolution 0.01mm, the result display is intuitive and clear.
    
4. Mechanical properties loading device
(1) Lock and fan opening and closing force: the use of motor-driven mechanical arm to provide force, high-precision load sensor to collect data, the sensor range: 0 ~ 500N, accuracy of 0.05%, can be no more than 1.0N incremental incremental incremental steps, running smoothly and does not produce vibration.
         
(2) Vigorous closure: the use of weights pulley mechanism to exert force, according to the size of the specimen can be selected from 0-100KG corresponding weights, the accuracy is higher than 0.1 N.
 
(3) Soft weight impact resistance test
  Impact body with a total weight of 30kg, spherical leather bag with a diameter of about 350mm, containing sand with an apparent density of about 1500kg/m3 (particle size less than 2mm). Equipped with settings and accessories for hanging the impact body (wire rope, pulleys, spring buckles, adjusting devices, etc.), the height of the sand bag's descent (0 to 1100mm), and the position of the drop point is adjustable up and down (0 to 1500mm).
      
(4) Vertical load, anti-static torsion test
A weight pulley mechanism is used to apply the force and a percentage meter is used for displacement deformation measurement.
      
5. Repeated opening and closing of the actuator unit:
The function of repeated opening and closing unit is to complete the repeated opening and closing action under the control of the host. Adopting industrial robot programming, long service life, stability, flexibility, durability, unique design of the fixture can complete the complex handle twisting action. LED digital tube display opening and closing times, intelligent counter can be conveniently set the number of tests, after reaching the set value automatically stop the test.
