4. Product Structure Principle:

This testing machine mainly consists of the body, falling pipe and supporting pipe, hammer grabbing mechanism, hammer body and fixture drive part, secondary impact capture mechanism, and electrical control part.

The falling hammer impact testing machine is designed to convert potential energy into kinetic energy based on the law of conservation of energy. The hammer grabbing mechanism of this testing machine uses electromagnetic principles. The electromagnet operates, releasing the hammer body, which freely falls to impact the sample. The impact energy can be calculated based on the hammer body mass and impact height. After the hammer body completes one impact, if the sample is not broken, the hammer body rebounds and falls again after a certain time. Using this principle, a secondary impact capture mechanism is set up to catch the hammer body when it falls again. The impact height is measured using a high-precision encoder.
