The testing machine is mainly composed of the body, drop tube and support tube, hammer mechanism, hammer body and fixture drive part, anti-secondary impact capture mechanism and electric control part.

The drop hammer impact testing machine is designed according to the law of conservation of energy by converting potential energy into kinetic energy. The impact energy can be calculated according to the weight of the hammer and the impact height. The hammer body falls to complete an impact. If the sample is not broken, the hammer body will rebound and fall again for a certain period of time. Use this principle to set up a secondary impact capture mechanism to capture the hammer when it falls again. The impact height adopts high precision encoder.
