1.◆ Pressure Source

Mainly composed of a high-pressure centrifugal fan, frequency converter, and electric reversing valve, providing different pressures for air tightness, water tightness, and wind resistance performance during the testing process, and achieving the conversion of positive and negative pressures during the test.

2.◆ Rainwater Spray System

  Uses high-precision glass rotor flow meters, water adjustment valves, spray pipe groups, and conical nozzles to provide a water spray amount that meets standard requirements for water tightness testing, intuitive, durable, and rust-resistant.

3.◆ Static Pressure Box

Mainly composed of a main board, left and right frames, upper frame, base, nozzle, and test piece clamping part, providing a sealed pressure box for physical performance testing of the tested door and window pieces. Different sizes of partitions can be selected to test different specifications of test pieces, facilitating the installation of test pieces.

4.◆ Air Flow Measurement System

Uses high-precision imported air flow transmitters to measure the air permeability of the tested pieces, installed in the measurement pipeline at the rear end of the pressure box.

5.◆ Air Collection Box

The main function of the air collection box is to collect the air permeability during air tightness testing. The box body is made of steel structure, sturdy and durable, with wheels at the bottom for easy movement and convenient use.

6.◆ Electrical Control System

Mainly composed of an industrial control computer and electrical components. Once the test piece is clamped, all testing processes are automatically completed by the control system.

7.◆ Displacement Deformation Measurement System

Uses three high-precision displacement sensors to measure the deformation of the test piece under wind pressure resistance performance. The displacement sensors are easy to install and will not affect the accuracy of measurements due to the pressure experienced by the static pressure box during the experiment.

5. Main Technical Features

The CWWS building external door and window three performance testing equipment can meet the current GB/T7106-2008 standard as well as the GB/T7106-2019 new standard, greatly facilitating users.

The static pressure box and all partitions are made of a metal frame welded together, covered with aluminum-plastic panels, aesthetically pleasing and clean. The overall structure is modular, with high structural strength that can meet the new standard's wind pressure resistance performance requirement of ±7000Pa.

3.◆ Simple and convenient clamping of test pieces

The clamping of test pieces uses a linear clamping device, which is firm and reliable, easy to clamp, does not damage the test piece, and can test different specifications of test pieces.

4.◆ The spray system uses stainless steel material

The spray system and nozzles are made of stainless steel, which is not only corrosion-resistant and has a long lifespan, but also features conical nozzles arranged evenly, with adjustable water flow to ensure a continuous water film on the surface of the test piece and meet the specified water flow requirements.

The air collection box is made of a metal frame and metal plates welded together, with a surface treated with plastic spray. The overall structure is modular. The bottom of the air collection box is equipped with universal casters for movement in any direction. The air collection box can be clamped together with the static pressure box to measure the air permeability of the test piece, and during wind pressure resistance tests, the air collection box can serve as a safety protection measure to ensure test safety.

The system uses an industrial control computer combined with a programmable frequency converter for control, with the entire testing process, data collection, and calculations completed automatically. The advanced data processing system can automatically analyze and process test results, providing timely and accurate detection reports. The control system is stable, reliable, accurate, and flexible.

7.◆ Completely eliminate mechanical pressure regulating valves.

    By using a programmable frequency converter, it achieves stepless speed regulation of the fan, completely eliminating the outdated method of mechanical pressure regulating valves, allowing for quick, convenient, accurate speed adjustment, noise reduction, and environmental friendliness.

Using a programmable frequency converter for speed and pressure regulation can adjust the output to different rotational speeds and pressures according to the pressure requirements of the detection end, changing the fan's operation from always running at full load, greatly saving electrical energy.
