3. principle:

Under steady-state conditions, a constant heat flow similar to that existing in an infinite plate bounded by two parallel temperature-equating plates is established in a uniform plate-shaped specimen with parallel surfaces in the central metering region of the protective hot plate device.

6. test device structure:

The double-specimen protection hot plate method is adopted, which is composed of microcomputer control system, metering heating unit, cold plate unit, protection unit, external protection unit, measurement system, pressing system, refrigeration system, etc.

1. Microcomputer automatic control system:

The computer output signal is controlled by I/0 and D/A conversion to the corresponding execution unit to realize the functions of temperature control, calculation, temperature acquisition, printing test report and displaying process curve. The man-machine dialogue window displays the temperature value of each surface and has a self-diagnosis function.

2. Metering heating unit:

The aluminum plate with high thermal conductivity is used as the heating panel, because of its high thermal conductivity, the temperature of the heating plate is more uniform and the thermal inertia is small, so that the measurement results are more accurate.

3. Cold plate unit:

Using a single water tank structure (with antifreeze), the water circulation system of the two cold plates is automatically controlled by a microcomputer to realize the automatic temperature of the cold plates on both sides. The microcomputer automatically controls the temperature difference on both sides of the hot plate to be the same.

4. Protection unit:

Using the same panel material as the metering heating unit, the temperature imbalance on both sides is reduced and the test error is reduced by accurately controlling the distance between the gaps and the temperature difference on both sides.

External protection unit:
The protective cover made of cork is used as the outer protective unit, which makes the test environment more stable and helps to improve the test accuracy.

6. Measurement system:

Imported digital temperature sensor with higher stability and high precision DC power sensor make the data acquisition results more accurate.

7. Compression system:

Linear bearing guide, universal joint positioning, free operation, manual compression.

8. Refrigeration mechanism:

The compressor can quickly reduce the temperature of the cold plate and the average temperature of the test piece is lower than that of the greenhouse, so that the detection range is larger and is not affected by the ambient temperature.
