Environmental Room
It is built with 75mm thick, high density and flame retardant polystyrene sandwich panel, which has good thermal insulation performance and thermal stability. The room is equipped with air conditioning (provided by customers), circulating fan and heater, providing constant temperature environment space for the whole detection device.

Hot room, cold room
The hot room and cold room are built with 120mm thick polyurethane insulation board, with high thermal resistance and good thermal insulation performance. The net size of the hot chamber is 2600mm × 3200mm (width× height), the depth is 2070mm, the distance between the outer surface of the hot chamber and the wall surface of the environmental chamber is more than 500mm, and a heating device is arranged in the hot chamber. The net size of the cold room is 2600mm × 3200mm (width× height), the depth is 1235mm, and the cold room is equipped with a refrigeration device.

Deflector for hot chamber and cold chamber
The hot chamber and the cold chamber are respectively provided with a deflector, which is larger than the size of the specimen and 150-300mm away from the surface of the specimen frame, so that the surface of the specimen forms a uniform and stable airflow from top to bottom. The deflector adopts a folding structure, which greatly facilitates the loading and unloading of the sample and the arrangement of the sensor.

Test piece frame
The sample frame is set between the hot chamber and the cold chamber to carry the sample, with a thickness of 300mm. The interior is made of polystyrene foam board with good heat insulation, and the outer wall is covered with PVC board to improve the strength of the specimen frame. The size of the sample frame opening can be customized according to the requirements of the customer sample.

Filler plate
It is used to fill the space outside the test piece in the test piece frame. The filling plate adopts extruded plate with thermal conductivity less than 0.04W/(m.K) to reduce the heat conduction and heat loss between the test piece and the surrounding wall. According to the requirements of the new standard, at least 200mm wide filling plate is filled between the test piece and the test piece frame, and the thickness is not less than the thickness of the test piece.

Heating device
The heating device in the hot room adopts a dry electric heater, which is stable and efficient, keeping the temperature of the hot room between 19 ℃ and 21 ℃, simulating the indoor ambient temperature in winter.

Refrigeration unit
The refrigeration device in the cold room adopts a high-power refrigeration unit, which forms a forced convection through the fan and the deflector, and forms a stable airflow from top to bottom on the surface of the test piece, so that the temperature in the cold room is rapidly reduced and maintained at -19 ℃ ~-21 ℃, simulating the outdoor ambient temperature in winter.

humidity control system
A dehumidifier is arranged in the hot room space to control the air humidity in the detection device to avoid frost or condensation on the surface of the test piece caused by excessive air humidity. It is also used for humidity control during the anti-condensation factor test.

electrical control system
It is composed of electrical control cabinet, computer, temperature sensor and control software. When the test piece and temperature sensor are installed, all test processes are automatically completed by the control system and the test report is output.

Product Features
The hot room and cold room are made of 120mm polyurethane insulation board, and the environmental space is made of 75mm thick, high density and flame retardant polystyrene sandwich board. In order to ensure the uniformity of heat preservation and minimize heat loss, it is required that the polyurethane board and polystyrene foam sandwich panel adopt the construction technology of seamless lap joint and the joint is sealed with structural sealant.
The partition wall between the hot room and the cold room adopts a structure of two layers of color steel plates with 300mm thick high-density polystyrene foam plastic plates in the middle, and the sample inlay frame is installed in the partition wall opening. The inlaid frame adopts PVC welding process, which greatly reduces the heat conduction.
The refrigeration system adopts a high-power refrigeration unit, which has a number of self-diagnosis and protection functions such as overpressure, overheating, and low temperature start, and has high temperature control accuracy.
The hot room and the cold room are each provided with a deflector, so that the hot air and cold air will not blow directly on the test piece, the measurement is more accurate, in line with the requirements of the new standard, the deflector adopts a folding structure, which greatly facilitates the disassembly and assembly of the test piece and the temperature sensor.
The automatic control system is composed of electrical control cabinet, computer, temperature sensor and control software. It automatically collects data and calculates, and the test process is efficient and accurate.
Using high-precision temperature sensor, temperature distribution point more than 200, the system is stable and reliable.
