1. Concept:
The QBW series building wall steady-state heat transfer performance testing machine is developed and produced based on GB/T13475 "Determination, Calibration, and Protective Heat Box Method for Steady-State Heat Transfer Properties of Building Components". It uses the principle of the protective heat box method, while also integrating the calibration heat box method. It is mainly used to determine the heat transfer coefficient and thermal resistance of various building walls, and is also suitable for testing the heat transfer coefficients of various board insulation materials, hollow glass, laminated glass, etc. This equipment fully meets the testing methods and accuracy requirements of relevant national standards, and has features such as fully automatic fault-free operation, self-diagnosis, monitoring functions, automatic testing of calibration experiments, and full-process storage of experimental records and printing of raw data.

5. Testing Device Structure:
(1) The main unit uses polyurethane insulation board design for better insulation effect;
(2) Uses American DALLAS digital temperature sensors to achieve continuous and gapless temperature control;
(3) The equipment is placed on I-beam rails, making it easier and less labor-intensive to open and close the box;
(4) The specimen frame adopts a "∏" door design. This not only reduces the number of specimen frames required, saving a lot of procurement costs and testing space, but also facilitates the air-drying and clamping of specimens.
