1. Concept:
This device is developed according to industry standards for testing the wind pressure resistance performance of external wall insulation systems. 5. Structural Composition:
Power System
Pressurization device: uses 2 GTC-1 type centrifugal fans, power 11kW, total pressure 7000Pa, speed 2930 rpm.
Pneumatic switching valve: When the system pressure reaches the set value, it controls the opening and closing states of two pneumatic switching valves to form the negative pressure pulse required by the standard.
Leakage valve: Adjusts the system pressure lower limit and drop time according to standard requirements.
The fixed opening of the static pressure box facilitates the installation of test pieces while ensuring the sealing performance between the entire box and the connection part with the test piece.
Mobile trolley mechanism: Can simultaneously suspend two sets of test pieces, convenient and flexible.
Monitoring System: Observes the status of the test pieces during the testing process.
Measurement and Control System
Differential pressure sensor is used to measure the pressure difference inside and outside the static pressure box, with a range of -15Kpa and accuracy of 2.5 grade.
The data acquisition card is inserted into the computer case, which collects the voltage signals from various sensors, outputs digital signals to control high-power relays, and outputs analog signals to control the fan speed, thus achieving wind pressure adjustment.
The measurement and control software interacts with the data acquisition card and the entire device, can collect and process data, control based on the data, and later handle data processing and the writing and printing of inspection reports and original records.
