4. Product Structure Principle:
This equipment consists of the following parts: valve testing platform, pipeline pressurization system, test piece clamping device, and water tank.
The clamping device of this machine uses flange and threaded connections for test pieces, pressurized by an electric pressure testing pump, and regulated by a pressure regulating valve. The pressure value is displayed on a pressure gauge, and it is also equipped with a liquid level gauge, which can detect valve leakage by observing the changes in water level.
