4. Product Structure:
This testing machine has an electromechanical integrated structure, mainly consisting of a main unit and an electrical control box. The main unit has three or four measuring stations, each with a load rod fixed with a load plate on a metal frame, equipped with displacement sensors and temperature sensors. The insulation bath is equipped with a heating system, cooling system, and stirrer. The electrical control box has a temperature control system, allowing for temperature setting, control, display, and selection of heating rate. The machine has a lightweight and reasonable structure, is easy to operate, convenient, and labor-saving, can achieve rapid heating of the heating medium, improves detection efficiency, and is equipped with a cooling system for quick cooling after the test.
