1. The main purpose and scope of application of the product:

This machine is specially used to test the mechanical properties of finished products of highway bridge plate rubber bearings. Can be carried out for bridge rubber bearing compressive elastic modulus test, shear elastic modulus test, shear bonding performance, shear aging, friction coefficient, corner test, ultimate compressive strength test and highway bridge basin rubber bearing load test under the axial compression deformation and radial deformation detection. The maximum positive pressure is 10000kN and the maximum horizontal shear force is 2000kN. The maximum angle force is 600kN. In particular, the measurement range is wide, I .e. positive pressure: 100 kN ~ 10000 kN, horizontal shear force: 20 kN ~ 2000 kN, and angular force: 24 kN ~ 600kN. The accuracy of the machine are in line with the JJG157 tension, pressure and universal material testing machine verification requirements.

3. Characteristics and cooling scheme of hydraulic station:

The key parts of the hydraulic station are Japanese NACHI internal high-pressure gear pump, the servo valve is Italian DLHZO servo valve, and the pressure servo valve is imported from the United States to improve the stability and long-term reliability of the hydraulic system. At the same time, the oil source adopts the latest pressure follow-up technology, that is, the system pressure increases synchronously with the load, so that the system pressure does not have to maintain high pressure for a long time, thus causing the system to generate too much heat.
