1. Main uses and applicable scope:
This machine is specifically designed for testing the mechanical performance of finished plate rubber bearings for highway bridges. It can conduct tests for compressive elastic modulus, shear elastic modulus, shear bonding performance, shear aging, friction coefficient, angle tests, ultimate compressive strength tests, and the detection of axial compressive deformation and radial deformation under load for bowl-shaped rubber bearings of highway bridges. The maximum positive pressure is 10,000 kN, and the maximum horizontal shear force is 2,000 kN. The maximum angle force is 600 kN. Notably, the measurement range is wide, with positive pressure: 100 kN to 10,000 kN, horizontal shear force: 20 kN to 2,000 kN, and angle force: 24 kN to 600 kN. The precision of all items in this machine meets the requirements for the verification of JJG157 tensile, pressure, and universal material testing machines.
The main machine adopts a four-screw structure, with the crossbeam and base made of an integral cast steel structure. The rigidity and structural stability of the frame are superior to that of a two-column structure, facilitating the measurement of the elastic deformation of the sample. The microcomputer controls automatic continuous stable loading, automatic load maintenance, automatic data collection, storage, curve plotting, and automatic printing of test reports.

3. Features of the hydraulic station and cooling scheme:
The key components of the hydraulic station use a Japanese NACHI internal gear pump, the servo valve uses an Italian DLHZO servo valve, and the pressure-following valve uses imported hydraulic components from the United States, aiming to improve the stability and long-term reliability of the hydraulic system. This oil source also adopts the latest pressure-following technology, meaning that the system pressure increases synchronously with the load, which allows the system pressure to avoid being maintained at high levels for long periods, thus reducing excessive heat generation. This technology makes the hydraulic source more energy-efficient, with energy-saving efficiency reaching 60%, while minimizing the heat generated by the hydraulic system.
The hydraulic source cooling uses the built-in air cooling system of the equipment, allowing users to cool it simply by powering it on, without the need to connect cooling water.

The software interface is user-friendly, easy to operate, and flexible in settings. It automatically performs continuous stable loading according to testing standards, maintains load automatically, collects data automatically, stores it, plots curves, and automatically generates and prints test reports. Test data can be exported and traced.
