This series of testing machines is suitable for the torsional performance testing of metal materials, non-metal materials, composite materials, and components. Tests can be conducted according to the national standard 'GB/T10128 Metal Room Temperature Torsion Test Method' and data can be provided.
2. Equipment composition:
The microcomputer-controlled electronic torsion testing machine mainly consists of four parts: the main machine, torsion angle measurement device, dedicated measurement and control system, and computer. During the test, the computer software sends instructions to the control unit to rotate the servo motor, which drives the moving chuck through a reducer. When the moving chuck rotates, it applies a torque to the specimen, which is transmitted through the specimen to the fixed chuck, and then to the torque sensor. The output signal from the torque sensor is sent to the measurement amplification circuit in the control unit, and then converted to digital format through A/D conversion into the computer. The torsion angle is measured using a photoelectric encoder to obtain an accurate torsion angle value.
