Composition of 2. equipment:
Microcomputer control electronic torsion testing machine is mainly composed of the host, torsion angle measuring device, special measurement and control system and computer four parts. During the test, the computer software sends instructions to the control unit to rotate the servo motor, and the servo motor drives the chuck to rotate through the reducer. When the moving chuck rotates, a torque is applied to the sample. This torque is transmitted to the fixed chuck through the sample, and the fixed chuck is transmitted to the torque sensor. The output signal of the torque sensor is sent to the measurement amplifier circuit in the control unit, and then passed through A/D conversion into the computer. The torsion angle is measured by a photoelectric encoder to obtain an accurate torsion angle value.
