1. Main Functions:
This machine is specifically designed for the relaxation test of materials such as steel strands, galvanized steel wires, and notched steel wires. The main unit adopts a horizontal structure, with the working space adjusted by a screw rod. The transmission system is located inside the machine base, providing high rigidity to ensure the accuracy of test results. The PC implements closed-loop control of constant speed test force, constant speed displacement, and program control of the test process, allowing for seamless switching between various control modes. The computer can extrapolate test results for 1000 hours based on test data from 100 hours or 200 hours, and can also conduct continuous tests for 1000 hours. It displays test force and test curves in real-time, stores and prints test results, test curves, and test reports, and can execute test standards such as GB/T10120-2013 and GB/T5224-2014.
