1. Equipment Introduction
Formaldehyde has a significant impact on human health and is recognized as a strong carcinogen by the World Health Organization.     In daily life, wooden products, paints, adhesives, varnishes, flooring, furniture, carpets, and automotive interiors used in home decoration are one of the main sources of formaldehyde and VOCs (volatile organic compounds). Long-term exposure, especially in indoor spaces with dense product storage and closed environments like cars, can lead to higher pollutant concentrations and greater harm to human health.
     The 1 m³ formaldehyde release climate chamber testing method is a standard method widely used both domestically and internationally for detecting formaldehyde release. Its characteristics include simulating indoor climate conditions, making the test results more realistic, thus being true and reliable. This climate chamber is suitable for determining the formaldehyde release of various indoor decoration materials, as well as for the constant temperature and humidity balance treatment of wood or engineered wood, and can also be used for detecting volatile harmful gases in other building materials.

2. Equipment Features
1. The main power supply is single-phase 220V, using an advanced energy-saving control mode, with an average operating power consumption as low as 1KW.
2. Major electrical components are all from the German Siemens brand, the inverter is from the Japanese Yaskawa brand, and the air flow meter is from the American Silicon Valley brand, ensuring stable and reliable operation of the entire machine.
3. The touch screen can display key parameters such as temperature and humidity, and can also show real-time air flow and wind speed inside the chamber. The air flow is adjusted by a manual valve on the front panel of the device, and the wind speed can be directly set through the touch screen interface.
4. The equipment's air circuit uses stainless steel pipes and ferrule joints, ensuring the sealing and cleanliness of the air circuit.
5. The inner wall of the working chamber is made of stainless steel with a mirror finish and full welding polish.
6. The air intake system is equipped with an air filtration device to ensure the cleanliness of the supplied air.
7. Equipped with a set of temperature and humidity, wind speed calibration racks, and reserved air flow calibration ports.
8. Realizes water tank low water level alarm and one-click automatic water filling function, saving labor.
9. Real-time monitoring of the internal temperature of the water tank, with immediate alarm for any abnormalities.
10. Automatic data recording, real-time curve browsing, historical data storage, browsing, and exporting (USB storage device).
